A long-time local Whanganui teacher, Pete serves Church on Ingestre by chairing the Elders and overseeing Pastoral Care. He can also often be found around the sound desk on a Sunday morning, as his wife Beryl and two sons, Hayden and Michael, all serve within Church on Ingestre's Music ministry.

Another long-time Whanganui local, Baden oversees Church on Ingestre's Music Ministry, as well as our Global Missions Team, often traveling to India to maintain our close connection with Christian Missions Charitable Trust, which was founded by Dr. Colleen M. Redit, a member of our congregation. Baden can often be found up the front on a Sunday morning with his guitar strapped to him, belting out a joyful noise to the Lord! His wife Glenda also serves as a Worship Leader, as well as co-leading our Embrace Ladies' Ministry. If that's not enough Worship Leaders in one family, Baden and Glenda's son Simon is also a Worship Leader!

Fun fact: Our congregation currently has four generations of Baden's family!

A local father-of-four, Keegan brings his passion to overseeing our Local Outreach Ministries and Children & Families Minstries with his wife, Angie. Keegan can often be found at church late into a Saturday night, combining evangelism with board games and a decent gluten-free pizza.

An avid traveler and keen strategist, Dallas also brings light-hearted humor and a joyful disposition to overseeing our Sunday Services. His wife, Delphine, is heavily involved across several Church on Ingestre Ministries, from Music to Ako Tahi, our Te Rēo program for pre-schoolers and their caregivers. He can often be found pulling up to church on Sunday morning on something with two wheels and a leather jacket - who says church Elders can't look cool?!

A gifted gospel preacher with a passion for weaving parables, biblical narrative, exegesis, exposition and application into punchy and fast-paced messages, Leigh oversees our volunteer Teaching Committee, ensuring our volunteer Teaching Team is well-organised and well-equipped to hand down the teachings of our faith to another generation of believers. Leigh's wife Coralie is also a Service Leader and co-lead of our Embrace Ladies' Minsitry.

Fun fact: Leigh is a man of many hobbies. If you need something laser-cut, surveilled by drone, or just advice on proper lawn mowing etiquette, Leigh's the man to talk to!

In addition to serving Church on Ingestre as Community Pastor (see Our Staff page), Doug is also the Elder who oversees Church on Ingestre's many Life Groups, as well as co-overseeing Church on Ingestre's Children & Families Ministries. Doug's wife Gill plays the keyboard and his daughter Hannah can often be found singing and worship leading on a Sunday morning.
